TAP lost our baby stroller, UPPAbaby VISTA V2 Duo (Lucy color, with bassinet), on flight TP931 from Zurich to Lisbon on 16 August 2025. Booking number: Z9Y7U2. Baggage claim file: 2025-0001473260 (initial) and 2025-0001473209 (new). Today is 24 November 2025 – 100 days since the stroller disappeared – and TAP has still not found it, has not issued an official loss confirmation, and has not started any proper compensation process. Every time we contact them, we get the same empty line: “we’ll check and get back to you” – and then nothing happens. Between three different family members, we’ve made around 200 phone calls and spent roughly €1000 on calls over these months. Much later we discovered that TAP had even mixed up our baggage case with someone else’s, which explains the chaos and contradictory information we kept receiving. The stroller cost €890, and we have the receipt and all supporting documents, but TAP simply ignores its obligation to resolve the claim. My advice: do not rely on TAP with valuable items, especially baby strollers or children’s gear. If you can, never check them in. This has been the worst airline experience we’ve ever had.

I’m genuinely impressed by their service — their flights are some of the smoothest I’ve ever taken. The takeoffs and landings are consistently soft and comfortable, and the overall experience feels very safe and professional. The incident occurred on the way from Sharjah to Dhaka.The date was November 16, 2025. Flight number G9514 departure time 01:45 PM my name is Mohammad Foysal my airlines reference PNR 67Y10l When boarding started, we were weighed for our luggage, and instead of my 10 kilos, it was 12 kilos, but I paid for it at Riyadh Airport, but the sad thing is that I am not a customer service I was ordered to give 100 Dubai currency without listening to me even after asking who. This is very sad. This is the first time I have had such a bad experience. I think it should be investigated.We are requesting that immediate action be taken against those who provided this service to the passenger.

Downgraded from Business to Economy. Received some useless vouchers that the agents at Cape Town Airport does not want to honour. Try and avoid this valueless Airline as much as possible. No obvious way to solve the issue as even emails go unanswered.
